Our Care Specialists will get to know you, to determine what services you need, and the level of care you require. Once that has been determined, we can then match you up with one of our caregivers.Using our roster of quality Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and other Support Staff, we match you up with a caregiver that is best suited to your needs.
To ensure that we provide the best possible quality care services to you and your loved ones, we abide by the following process and policies:
- We work with you to identify and agree on the care tasks that will best help you, prior to providing services to you.
- Your home is assessed to be a safe work environment and support workers only do the tasks assigned to them.
- We ensure that any required medication is provided in an approved aid such as a Webster pack or dosette box, for reliable and accountable delivery.
- In circumstances when professional supervision is required, a caregiver with the necessary qualifications and experience is assigned.
- Once established, we comply fully with the Care Plan developed by you, your Care Specialists, and your assigned caregiver(s).
- We always maintain an open line of communication to ensure a safe, sensitive, private, and dignified care environment.
- we do consistent check-ins with you and your Care Specialist to ensure that the services you are receiving meet your needs. Any changes to your Care Plan will be made only with your approval after discussing these changes with you first.
